What is Icebreakers?

In Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Icebreakers are a feature that allows businesses to present users with a list of pre-defined questions to initiate conversations with them. These questions, typically FAQs, appear when a user first interacts with a business in Messenger or Instagram Direct, acting as a friendly "get-started" prompt.

Icebreakers not showing up?

Icebreakers will only show to the user who have never interacted with you in Messenger or Instagram Direct. If already interacted you can delete the conversation and enter the inbox again, the Icebreakers should show up again.
